What guests loved:
The location was great. The subway, tram and bus stops were just few feet away and its was so easy to navigate with the public transport. Great cafes in the area and we found our favorite bakery right...
Areas for improvement:
The rooms were little small— but I am from Europe so completely understand. AC wasn’t working as good, but it rained for two of the days so it was great when you opened the windows.

I had the problem to carry big luggage to the elevator from ground floor to the 1st floor. If there is any tools can help to improve this inconvenient, then it will be great.
